Construction Includes
Scenic construction and decoration for the agreed theme, labor and materials, fabrication and procurement of puzzle mechanisms and props, installation, testing and agreed theme-related supporting items.
Construction Excludes
Shared areas such as the lobby, control room, corridors and restrooms; air conditioning; fire safety modifications and approvals; surveillance; radios; online platform onboarding and product listings; existing-site demolition and leak repairs; and off-site removal of construction waste.
Site conditions: The client provides a site ready for construction. Scope follows the mutually confirmed plans, drawings and item lists.
